Depending on your situation, your Care Manager will schedule an in-home assessment or in-office family consultation. Together, we will determine the extent of assistance necessary for the happiness, dignity and safety of your family and your loved one. Your Care Manager can help your family and loved ones by listening to your concerns, evaluating your needs and providing a skilled assessment with realistic recommendations.
